Jan. 4th, 2013 02:20 pmFor fun I'm attempting to write a reboot of a movie I like :| Because I know where it fails and I know what could be done to improve it.
I have, like, ZERO confidence in writing dialogue though. Input would be adored, especially from people who know screenplays? I know I beak some of the rules in the action descriptions but better to get it all on paper before I pick that stuff apart.
The fandom is Cutthroat Island, and the scene is meant to be an establishing scene that illustrates the closeness between Morgan and her father (absent in the original) and her fear of her uncle (told but not shown in the original).
